Stockspot is easy to use
Our investing experience with Stockspot has been great so far. We’ve even signed up our kids with their own accounts.
The signup process was easy. We answered a few questions, argued over our level of risk and jumped in.
Why we trust Stockspot to manage our investment portfolio
My wife and I were looking to diversify our investment away from just our home loan. We looked at shares, but knowing you needed a range of companies, found it too hard. We looked at managed funds, but understanding the difference between different managed funds felt like trying to read the future based on tea leaves. Stockspot was recommended to us by a colleague so we signed up.
The three things we like about Stockspot
What we like about Stockspot is it is simple to have a diversified investment portfolio that would otherwise be impossibly complex to organise for yourself.
Stockspot has great reporting and communication so you know what’s going on.
Most importantly we make more return on our capital than leaving it in the bank.

We’ve been achieving our investment goals, even during COVID
We’ve had a great return even through covid downturns. We’ve slowly been putting more and more in to build up capital. Our goal is to make a greater return that we would have by keeping the money on our home loan and we’ve done that.
My advice to people considering investing
Our advice for someone who is not investing and just leaving their money in a savings account is don’t do it! It is low risk and easy to earn more money by investing your money in Stockspot. You’re just missing out.
We just wish that we’d started with Stockspot earlier.
